I have a passion for catering that began when I was a little kid. My mom would always invite me into the kitchen and teach me how to make the best recipes. This is where I learned how to properly combine ingredients and showcase my food. Later in life, I had many opportunities to work around food as a banquet captain, a lead server, and currently, the owner of my catering company. I now have the joy of sharing my experiences and cuisines with many people in Tulsa and the surrounding areas.

My passion for the catering industry developed about 7 years ago when Chef Joe hired me to work one of his events. I really connected with his sense of style and amazing food. I was pursuing my master’s degree at the time but accepted a partnership offer from Joe in 2009 prior to graduation in 2010. I enjoy crossing paths with people from various backgrounds and exceeding expectations throughout the Greater Tulsa Area.
